Administered Meningococcal vaccine as ordered, patient after a few minutes stated they felt lightheaded and ear ringing, laid patient down on bed, gave patient snacks and apple juice, RN and MD notified, after patient ate and drank apple patient stated they felt better, had patient wait for ten minutes, patient stated they would get breakfast, patient felt better
