Symptom narrative

numbness in her bottom lip on the left hand side; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of numb lips in a 56-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On 19-MAR-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. On 20-MAR-2026, 1 days after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced numb lips (Verbatim: numbness in her bottom lip on the left hand side). The outcome of the numb lips was not resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the numb lips to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the numb lips to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK receipt date 02-APR-2026 The patient received the first dose of shingrix and patient had numbness in her bottom lip on the left hand side. It was worse in the morning and better at night but was currently still having the symptoms. The reporter consented to follow up yes. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
