for BP I took quite a while and my BP still spiked; soft tissue vibrations/tremors/hands are shaking; immune system is acting as if I have some illness like the flu/feel like running temp all day but when checked is normal; had 1 to 3 second buzzing vibration in brain randomly which finally moved on to a sensation of pressure randomly; had 1 to 3 second buzzing vibration in brain randomly which finally moved on to a sensation of pressure randomly; Sleep completely disrupted; high with the Homocysteine value of 23.4; Dose 1 on 28Jan2021 and dose 2 on 19Mar2021; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. An 80-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 19Mar2021 as dose 2, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 74 years intramuscular, in left arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Chest pain", start date: 11Feb2021 (ongoing); "queasy stomach", start date: 11Feb2021 (ongoing). The patient took concomitant medications. Vaccination history included: BNT162b2 (DOSE 1,Arm Left, Intramuscular), administration date: 28Jan2021, for COVID-19 immunisation, reaction(s): "Blood pressure high", "Chest pain", "Tremor", "Flu like symptoms", "Tinnitus", "Head pressure", "Sleep disturbance", "Homocysteine level increased", "Queasy". The following information was reported: BLOOD PRESSURE INCREASED (medically significant), outcome "not recovered", described as "for BP I took quite a while and my BP still spiked"; TREMOR (non-serious), outcome "not recovered", described as "soft tissue vibrations/tremors/hands are shaking"; INFLUENZA LIKE ILLNESS (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "immune system is acting as if I have some illness like the flu/feel like running temp all day but when checked is normal"; TINNITUS (non-serious), HEAD DISCOMFORT (non-serious), outcome "unknown" and all described as "had 1 to 3 second buzzing vibration in brain randomly which finally moved on to a sensation of pressure randomly"; SLEEP DISORDER (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "Sleep completely disrupted"; BLOOD HOMOCYSTEINE INCREASED (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "high with the Homocysteine value of 23.4"; INAPPROPRIATE SCHEDULE OF PRODUCT ADMINISTRATION (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "Dose 1 on 28Jan2021 and dose 2 on 19Mar2021". The patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: Blood homocysteine: 23.4, notes: which is supposed to be less than 11.4; Blood pressure measurement: still spiked; Body height: 191, notes: in; Body temperature: Normal. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of blood pressure increased. Clinical course: Unknown if patient receive any other vaccines on the same date as the Pfizer vaccine, if patient receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the first administration of the suspect vaccine, if patient taking any other medications within 2 weeks prior to the event onset? Unknown. These events were 2 weeks after first vaccine a month after the second vaccine a month and a half after the third vaccine and on going still in my 6th year feel like running temp all day but when checked is normal when sleeps soft tissue throughout body has vibrations/tremors. Patient not allergic to any previous vaccination, medications, food or other products or has diagnosed illnesses / medical history / chronic health conditions to report. Also reported as "To me it feels like my immune system is acting as if I have some illness like the flu, but with no temperature or any other effects of illness. had 1 to 3 second buzzing vibration in brain randomly which finally moved on to a sensation of pressure randomly. Sleep completely disrupted. starts 2 to 3 hrs than after that every hr am awake due to soft tissue vibrations/tremors going on. before the vaccine had no problem with any meds. After vaccine have a list of 11 meds that affects me as if I am having a drug overdose,. 1 Losartan for BP I took quite a while and my BP still spiked. The other 10 by third pill I would wake up fine and start feeling it build in my body till by the time I'm ready to brush my teeth my hands are shaking. I gave up and have no meds that I'm takin at this time. My health care provider would tell me they knew nothing about the vaccine and could get no help. I'm been going outside of my health care provider and have been receiving suggestions of supplements to take and have been find more and more good days in my life. Another blood test was done for Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase and it came back high with the Homocysteine value of 23.4 which is supposed to be less than 11.4."
