Symptom narrative

Adverse event noted to resident's left arm at 0920 this morning and reported by charge nurse. Symptoms include erythema from left deltoid to wrist with localized hyperthermia, afebrile with resident reporting "itchiness". Bendryl 20mg given, PCP notified, DPOA notified. Following nurse assessment resident went to breakfast, mood appears pleasant.
