Fever of 101.0 degrees decreasing to 100.5 degrees over several hours, pulse and BP elevations, and decreased O2 levels after vaccination. Resident was seen by the night shift nurse at approximately 0500 and was found to be warm to the touch. Resident is usually out of bed and dressing by 0400 but was still in bed under the blankets. At that time resident temperature was 101.2, BP 100/68, O2 92 RA, pulse 88 and respirations 18. At 0630 temp 101.0, pulse 127, respirations 16, BP 134/72, O2 81% on RA. At 1010 temp is 100.5, pulse 88, respirations 24, BP 93/45, o2 98% on 2L via nasal cannula. Resident is still in bed at this time, has had no morning medications, and feels and looks generally unwell
