Symptom narrative

Pt got her 12months vaccines on 04/03/2026 (Hepatitis A and Proquad ) 2 days after on 4/5/2026 developed a fever up to 105.0F, slight congestion and cough. Parents took her to an Immediate Care on 04/06/2026 and tested positive for COVID. On 4/7/26 was seen in our office for a follow up from the Immediate Care. At time of the office visit on 4/7/26 fever was resolved, no wheezing, acting better and playful.
