Symptom narrative

Following Moderna COVID vaccine in 6month old baby, she developed high grade fevers up to 102F for one and a half day with fussiness and no urine output. Hospital visit in which was prescribed tylenol q4hrs which finally broke the fever after 3 doses every 4hrs
