Symptom narrative

Received Capvaxive immunization at Medical Center the morning of 2/24/2026 @0845. Started experiencing headaches & muscle pain (injection site, back) 10-12 hours later; muscle pain increased significantly over the next 24-48 hours; Unable to bend, twist, etc due to major back pain and stiffness. Significant pain even while laying in bed. Back muscle pain began to subside 36 hours after the immunization. Left arm injection site still sore >48 hrs later; Residual back pain and stiffness still presentDue to other medical issues, I was unable to take ibuprofen to alleviate the pain.

high blood pressure, high cholesterol, dry eye, exercise induced asthma, cold induced asthma, total left knee synovectomy (11/2020); Total left knee arthroplasty (12/2021); total left knee revision (10/2024)
