Symptom narrative

4 hours after vaccines administered, patient had mild swelling around eyes and cheeks, slight redness. No trouble breathing, swallowing or rashes elsewhere. The following morning swelling was less and by the time he was seen at the office 18 hours after the vaccine was given the swelling had resolved. Ibuprofen given a few hours before office visit. Physical findings was 4cm right deltoid mild induration with no tenderness (Boostrix), and 2 cm left deltoid mild induration with no tenderness (Menveo, HPV).
