Symptom narrative

I was 28 weeks pregnant with my first child. Completely healthy with no chronic illnesses or acute illnesses. All of my labs were stable. I was in excellent health no high blood pressure not overweight was very active healthy person. My estimated due date was XXXX. I got the Tdap vaccine on October 2, 2018. I delivered my baby at 32 weeks premature on XXXX. She was 2 lbs. 13 oz. at birth. She suffered intrauterine growth restriction, and was in the Nicu for 38 days. She also had brain bleeds. I also developed DIC and HELLP syndrome and was in the ICU. Per the hospital staff and the doctors my baby stopped growing around 29 weeks which would be immediately following the vaccine I received. She was measuring completely fine size wise until the vaccine which is why doctors estimated she stopped growing around 29 weeks based on her size. I have since had two other children and not gotten the vaccine with no complications.
