Symptom narrative

I received the Hepatitis B vaccine at Pharmacy, February 17th, 2025 in my left arm. Immediately upon receiving the vaccine, my left arm was in extreme pain. The days following the vaccine, the pain never subsided and I had red bruising at the injection site. The bruise did not clear until about a week or two later, and the pain never resolved. Since then, I have visited my PCP multiple times and discussed possible SIRVA. I have been prescribed Meloxicam to manage the pain, with no success, and physical therapy that has also not resolved the pain. I take over the counter Tylenol and Advil as an attempt to alleviate the pain, however it has minimal effect. The pain is deep and prevents me from comfortably lifting my arms to do daily activities, such as styling my hair, working out, driving, cooking, or even lifting simple items such as boxes that are anywhere between 10-20 pounds.
