Symptom narrative

Client mother called today 4/8 to report that after getting immunizations last week client went to hockey practice and while playing had an asthma attack and his right arm locked up and client was unable to move it for several minutes. States he has not had an asthma attack in a few years and questioned if it was from vaccines. States she is worried about coming back in 6 months to get the second dose of HPV. States other than feeling tired and having a headache and body aches for 2 days after he had no other symptoms than those. Advised talking with clients PCP about incident and recommendations for further vaccines. No swelling or redness noted to injections sites.
