Vaccine should have been given IM. The record indicates IM but it was given SC. My right arm became swollen at the top and extremely painful. It could not be touched for pain. It developed a hard lump which I still have although it is much smaller now . I was extremely tired and felt hot. My arthritis flared up. I could not get other vaccines till the end of March because my arm was swollen and sore. On 03/24/2026 I had to get a polio shot and the pharmacist could see where the Tdap was given.. I asked the pharmacist had Tdap changed because it was always IM and she insisted it was SC. I reported the adverse events to the pharmacy. who was suppose to submit a report. The pharmacy never upload the vaccines to the state register and never changed the record to show it was given SC not IM. so the records are wrong.
