Symptom narrative

The patient received 2 vaccines from us on 07/10/2025. She received a vaccine for Shingrix and Capvaxive. Shingrix was administered in her right arm and Capvaxive was given in her left arm. The patient states that she has been having shoulder pain and soreness since the vaccines were administered. She believes the vaccines may have been given too high in her shoulder. The patient has not seen a provider to address this ongoing pain, but brought this to our attention on 04/08/2026.
