Symptom narrative

Patient reported adverse events while at home and observed swelling in the injection site, rashes/hives in her torso. She mentioned having headaches, pain, and fever. A bit of tingling in her throat. She was recommended anti-inflammatory/pain medications and antihistamines. In addition, she was recommended to seek medical help at urgent care/ER.
