Symptom narrative

Patient woke up drenched in sweat one of the days. She reports having joint pain and stiffness in her knees, elbows and wrists. She felt fatigued and today she had some red spots on her face and other areas of her body. Her PCP recommended Claritin daily for 7 days so patient came to pharmacy today to purchase.
