Symptom narrative

The patient received the three vaccinations at the same time. He went to work and started feeling ill and left work. His symptoms included sore arm (no significant injury), chills, dizziness, and nausea/vomiting. He went to the emergency department the next day. Patient is also diabetic and being ill/vomiting made his blood sugar spike to above 600. He said he was in the emergency department all day but was not admitted. He was given IV saline and insulin injections for the high blood sugar. He was told by the emergency department that he should not have given all three at once, and that he would still need a few more days to recover.
