The patient's past medical history included shingles (she has a past history of shingles). On 02-APR-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix (left arm). In APR-2026, less than a week after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced generalized pruritus (Verbatim: diffuse itching throughout her body), pain (Verbatim: aches/random flashes of stings throughout the body), paresthesia of limbs (Verbatim: pins and needles/having paresthesia of fingers and toes) and low-grade fever (Verbatim: Low grade fever). The outcome of the generalized pruritus, pain and paresthesia of limbs were not resolved and the outcome of the low-grade fever was unknown. It was unknown if the reporter considered the generalized pruritus, pain, paresthesia of limbs and low-grade fever to be related to Shingrix. Consumer stated she was having paresthesia of fingers and toes. She had typical aches and low-grade fever. Consumer was very concerned by these random sparks throughout the body. She further described the sparks/stings as a sensation of pins and needles that itch. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
