Dose that was given was Comirnaty (Pfizer) 12+, NDC: 00069-2528-10 , LOT# NA0586 , Expiration: 06/23/2026 Since dose was given patient's Parents (Legal Guardians) did not call or report any side effects, pt has well child visit coming up in May this year
