Symptom narrative

Large, painful lump noticed at injection site on the evening of 3/22/2026. Went to occupational health on 4/2/2026 to check if normal reaction and bc of size of lump they instructed me to report to Sedgwick to get a claim # to take to urgent care to see if I was having an allergic reaction.
