Symptom narrative

Acute rash: - Multiple red spots noted on feet, arms, face, neck, tongue, upper lip, and roof of mouth. No pain, itching, or systemic symptoms. Lesions appeared within hours and are spreading. - Lesions do not blanch. Tongue bump is dark red in the center and feels numb. No signs of malignancy. Soreness at vaccine site persists but is improving.
