Symptom narrative

Minutes after receiving the vaccine the patient experience syncope symptoms, faint and fell to the floor, disoriented but conscious, vision blurred, excessive sweating, pale color, jerky/ shaking movements, light headedness and dizziness. Lasted about 5 to 10 minutes before patient started to feel better and regain ability to stand and walk.
