Symptom narrative

Patient admitted she is more vaccine-hesitant due to having problems after receiving the 3rd COVID vaccine, and it lead to her having to add two more medications to treat her rheumatoid arthritis. Patient is currently experiencing pain in her arms, back, and shoulders. Patient also shared she had a heart attack back in 2010.
