Describe Event, Problem, or Product Use Error: Patient received shingrix dose 2 on 2/5/26 and called to report that as of 2/17/2026 he is still experiencing arm pain and weakness with occasional tingling in his arm where he got the vaccine. He also still has bruising at the site.
