2 month old presented to ED with projectile vomiting and bloody stools concern for intussusception. Pt received 2 month vaccinations on 3/25/2026 including rotavirus vaccine (RotaTek pentavalent oral vaccine).

31-Mar-2026 ABDOMINAL ULTRASOUND - abdominal ultrasound findings consistent with intussusception within the right upper abdominal quadrant with features favoring ileocolic intussusception
