My pharmacy disregards that Dr. administered to me the one and only dose of Tdap. In the future, not ordered by me but by my CHRA (screening shots), I would have to receive the adult TD vaccine on December 5, 2028. The recommended, in order of dates, the following: diabetic retinopathy services that will be delivered at my home through CHRA; an optometrist for new eyeglass frames and an annual vision exam; seasonal flu and COVID-19 vaccinations at the aforementioned pharmacy; four required appointments and a maximum of six with the internist; laboratory tests and a general psychiatrist, while I have open appointments with a nutritionist and dietitian, as well as an exercise physiologist. Including for next year a colonoscopy every three years with the gastroenterologist. Please note that the CHRA is the guide to be followed annually with its SSDI and CA beneficiaries of the SSA; any disobedience to it, every first of January, will result in arrest, being taken to trial, and imprisonment. This is so even if it is not announced in federal, state, or municipal news of press conferences, nor by international police.
