periodic burning mouth, especially after salty or dairy foods - zinc supplements help reduce symptoms left forearm nerve pain - unresolved Same thing happened in 2024. Eliminating all dairy and cinnamon resolved it. After 9 months I could have dairy again but still no cinnamon. First time I had a Pfizer Covid shot, in 2021, I had left arm and back of hand nerve pain in the shot arm (left) that resolved after about 4 months. I submitted one of these back then. The seasonal boosters in 2022 and 2023 didn't cause any symptoms.
