Symptom narrative

12 weeker was administered Hep A instead of Hep B. Safety and Efficacy studies of Hep A given earlier than 12 months are not available by manufacturer, recommendation for 6 months for travel was reviewed. We followed up with the mom for several days post error. Child ran mild fever 1-2 days, knot on thigh, otherwise no other concerns voiced. We scheduled child for follow-up, failure to show for appointment.
