only gave the MenB component of Penmenvy; only gave the MenB component of Penmenvy; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via sales rep and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Penmenvy. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: only gave the MenB component of Penmenvy) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: only gave the MenB component of Penmenvy). The outcome of the inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered were not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 02-APR-2026 Reporter stated that they only gave the MenB component of Penmenvy and they wanted to know if they can use diluent to give the menACWY component when the patient comes back, also asked if it was the valid dose of MenB. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
