Symptom narrative

Patient called and reported red itchy bumps starting around the injection site and moving down her forearm. Patient state it occurred 72 hours post vaccination. Recommended oral benadryl or topical anti-itch like benadryl or cortisone. Informed patient to monitor and if worsens seek medical attention.
