Reports no newly diagnosed medical conditions after 2021 except that after the first dose of covid in Mar2021, had a terrible migraine headache with vomiting that lasted 3 days. Mentioned that just lost track of time and it was very bad mentions that gets sporadic migraines like 3 or 4 per year and relates this reaction after the vaccine to the fact that was dehydrated on that day, hadn't drank a lot and had nothing to eat. doctor was worried it may have been a side effect to the vaccine and advised to take next dose at the hospital where there was a clinic set up to be closely monitored but this time had drank and eaten well and had no reaction. on 23Sep2025, was diagnosed with covid infection, 7 months after last covid vaccine which was Pfizer in Feb2025.
