A 17-year-old male patient received meningococcal group b Rlp2086 (TRUMENBA), on 01Apr2026 as dose 1, single (Lot number: LL0642, Expiration Date: 30Nov2026) at the age of 17 years for immunisation; meningococcal vaccine a (MENINGOCOCCAL VACCINE A), on 01Apr2026 as dose 1, single for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: HYPOAESTHESIA (non-serious) with onset 01Apr2026, outcome "recovered" (02Apr2026), described as "Numbness in hands and feet"; HEADACHE (non-serious) with onset 01Apr2026, outcome "recovered" (02Apr2026), described as "Really bad headache"; NECK PAIN (non-serious) with onset 01Apr2026, outcome "recovered" (02Apr2026), described as "Sore neck"; VOMITING (non-serious) with onset 01Apr2026, outcome "recovered" (02Apr2026). Additional information: It was relayed that the caller reported a 17 year old male patient had received the first dose of a meningococcal B vaccine by Pfizer (brand name not provided) on 01Apr2026 and, on the same day, was also administered a meningococcal A vaccine manufactured by Sanofi. The agent relayed that the caller inquired whether the patient could receive the second dose of the MenB vaccine, given that the patient experienced symptoms including a really bad headache, numbness in the hands and feet, sore neck, and vomiting; however, the patient reportedly woke up feeling well the following morning. Upon further discussion, caller also reported that patient has received a second dose of the Men A vaccine.
