Symptom narrative

The morning after vaccination, patient's arm started to hurt a lot, more than ever before with a vaccine. She had a hard time moving her arm that day. The following day the patient was awakened about 4am by severe pain in that arm and her range of motion with the arm was more limited than the day before. She has not been able to lift her arm very high - was unable to put her hair up and had a hard time getting dressed and doing other basic tasks that usually are not an issue. The injection site was swollen, warm to the touch and painful to the touch.
