she got 1st dose of SHINGRIX in 2019, but unsure of 2nd dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose received on 2019). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: she got 1st dose of SHINGRIX in 2019, but unsure of 2nd dose).
