inappropriate age/ Kinrix that was administered to a 12-month-old patient; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 14-month-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 5H95B) for prophylaxis. On 09-FEB-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 09-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: inappropriate age/ Kinrix that was administered to a 12-month-old patient). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 06-APR-2026 The Vaccine Administration Facility was the same as the Primary Reporter. On 06 April 2026, a Clinical Resource Nurse called to report that a 12-month-old patient had received a vaccine intended for children aged 4 to 6 years. The reporter clarified that Kinrix was administered to the 12-month-old patient. According to reporter, this was the patient's fourth dose of DTaP. No additional details were provided. The reporter consented to follow-up.
