On 09-FEB-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 09-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: inappropriate age/ Kinrix that was administered to a 12-month-old patient). On 06 April 2026, a Clinical Resource Nurse called to report that a 12-month-old patient had received a vaccine intended for children aged 4 to 6 years. The reporter clarified that Kinrix was administered to the 12-month-old patient. According to reporter, this was the patient's fourth dose of DTaP. No additional details were provided. The reporter consented to follow-up.
