My chart message received on 4/8/26 from mom. " I'm reaching out on behalf of my daughter. She recently had a well Child Check and received vaccines in her right arm. She is still experiencing pain in her arm. We have tried ice and heat, Tylenol and Ibuprofen but nothing seems to help. Sometimes she's in such pain that she cries. My concern is that this is not a normal response to the vaccines she received and the injection actually touched or punctured something within her shoulder joint. The shots were given extremely high on her arm instead of in the arm muscle. What is the next step here? We've waited to reach out in hopes the pain would subside, but it has not.
