Symptom narrative

RN gave invalid dose of 2nd dose of HepA 9 days too early. Parent informed dose is invalid and would need to be repeated any time on or after 4/17/26. Parent will return to clinic at 24mo visit. Parent informed by provider no harm can be expected to occur but patient's dose will not count towards series.
