Symptom narrative

About 5-10 minutes after injection, patient told her mom that she felt dizzy. Patient was sitting so mom stepped in front of her catching her before she fell forward. Patient was pale and clammy. Patient's blood pressure dropped to 76/60. Patient was stabilized on the ground with cold compression to the forehead and neck. Patient was also given a popsicle and monitored for 30 minutes. Patient's blood pressure did come back up to 105/72 before being discharged home with mom.
