Symptom narrative

62 yo F patient walked in clinic 01:58PM 4/10/2026 with complaints of Left arm soreness, redness, and warm to touch bump few inches under the injection site. Patient states that she started experiencing soreness a day after the injection but started noticing the redness 2 days after. Patient denies chest tightness, shortness of breath, hives, or throat closure. Patient was triaged by one of the PCM's nurses and was instructed to go to the ER for further evaluation due to lack of appointment slots.
