On 08-Oct-2025, a temperature excursion (TE) occurred for 1000 time (units not provided), minimum temperature -2° and maximum 8.59, when discovered (17-Oct-2025) 3.55° for Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9). On 15-Oct-2025, the patient vaccinated with a vaccine involved in the TE, as the first dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) (lot #Y012921 has been verified to be valid, expiration date reported and confirmed as 08-Jan-2027), by Intramuscular route (douse not provided), as prophylaxis.
