Symptom narrative

Moribiliform drug reaction , frequent cough and clearing of throat; dermatology saw patient; recommend try Moderna next time; in ED IV Solumedrol given referred to dermatology clinic in am; started on prednisone 50 mg taper dose pack and Triamcinolone Acetonide 0.1% ointment to spread over entire body until rash resolved
