No symptoms reported; Medical Student called with an AE for RECOMBIVAX HB. Caller stated that patient received 3rd dose of RECOMBIVAX HB on 11/4/2025, two months earlier than recommended. No symptoms reported. Provider unknown, consent to contact is unspecified. No ad; This Spontaneous report was received from a Medical Student and referred to a 42 -year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history, past medications and concomitant medications were not reported. On unknown dates, the patient was vaccinated with the first and the second doses of hepatitis b vaccine (recombinant) (RECOMBIVAX HB) suspension for injection, (lot numbers, expiration dates, anatomical location and administration route were not reported) for prophylaxis. On 04-Nov-2025 (two months earlier than recommended), the patient was vaccinated with the third dose of hepatitis b vaccine (recombinant) (RECOMBIVAX HB) suspension for injection, Lot Number: Z006339, expiration date: 13-Nov-2027 (dose form was Suspension for injection) (anatomical location and administration route were not reported) for prophylaxis.
