The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date, the patient was vaccinated with a dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9), Suspension for injection, dose: 0.5 mL, total (route, dose number, lot # and expiration date were not reported) for Prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient passed out (Loss of consciousness) after being administered the vaccine. The office manager stated that the patient did not follow advice to wait 15 minutes before standing up. No additional information was available.
