that 2 female patients passed out after being administered GARDASIL 9.; This spontaneous report was received from an officer manager on 08-Apr-2026 and refers to a female patient of unknown age. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date, the patient was vaccinated with a dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9), Suspension for injection, dose: 0.5 mL, total (route, dose number, lot # and expiration date were not reported) for Prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient passed out (Loss of consciousness) after being administered the vaccine. The office manager stated that the patient did not follow advice to wait 15 minutes before standing up. No additional information was available. At the reporting time, the outcome of passed out (Loss of consciousness) after being administered the vaccine was unknown. The causal relationship between the event and Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) was unknown. Upon internal review, the event of passed out (Loss of consciousness) was determined to be medically significant. Batch/Lot number is being requested and will be submitted if received.
