Symptom narrative

Patient reported what they perceived to be excessive bleeding at the injection site. Upon coming back to the pharmacy to inquire about it, the vaccinating pharmacist observed the arm and bandage, and determined that it was a normal amount of bleeding and vaccine was administered correctly.
