administration of Pediarix after the expiration date; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via sales rep and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 26-month-old male patient who received DTPa-HBV-IPV (Pediarix) (batch number TC47K, expiry date 29-MAR-2026) for prophylaxis. On 01-APR-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Pediarix (right thigh). On 01-APR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Pediarix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: administration of Pediarix after the expiration date).
