Loss of sensation in patient's hand; Loss of strength in hand; This non-serious case was reported by a physician via sales rep and described the occurrence of loss of sensation in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, less than a day after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced loss of sensation (Verbatim: Loss of sensation in patient's hand) and hands weakness of (Verbatim: Loss of strength in hand). The outcome of the loss of sensation and hands weakness of were unknown. It was unknown if the reporter considered the loss of sensation and hands weakness of to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the loss of sensation and hands weakness of to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 06-APR-2026 The doctor reported that they gave the vaccine to a patient and the patient lost feeling and strength in their hand. The patient went to a neurologist, and they confirmed the patent did loose strength and feeling. Doctor said that happened shortly after giving the first dose. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
