Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Additional Details: Pt is contacting physician about ongoing arm pain 4 weeks after injection. Pt had reached out and said arm was sore and had swelling 2 days after injection, but now 4 weeks out, still having pain, particularly when turning over at night and laying on that arm. Asked her to follow up with us after hearing back from her physician
