Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: Patient states that his arm hurt and he could not move it well or hold anything with weight in that arm. He saw his doctor and the doctor told him there was not anything wrong with his arm but that the immunization was give at too much of an angle. The pt said it took 6-8 months before his arm got better. Not having any issues anymore just want us to know what had happened.
