Symptom narrative

Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Pt called a couple days after getting the vaccine and said she had a rash that warm to touch but not affect her function. She later came in on 4/3/26 to let us know that she thinks the vaccine was given a little low that's why it causes the rash. Rash was almost gone and she said she felt fine on 4/3/26
