Systemic: normal soreness-Mild, Additional Details: Patient recieved 3rd dose of shingrix, no adverse reaction. Patient had previously gotten 2nd dose and doctors office, and was unsure of history so recieved another dose. Doctors office called to notify patient had gotten dose from them with a different constitution vial. Patient is not upset and no adverse reaction. Notification of 3rd dose given to patient .
